NEW ENGLAND WOODLANDER-This charming native violet has deeply divided leaves that resemble birds' feet. It likes well drained soils and will naturalize. It is native to 33 states which shows its adaptability. Butterflies love them, too. Most are just one color: lilac-blue, but some are bi-color: dark violet/pale lilac. Zones:4-8.
